- Functional Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Images of Brain Activity
- Brain Images Re-Visualized with my multi-dimensional visualization software
Thanks to a former CERN colleague and to Google, I found these images of brain activity. Using my particular approach to image analysis, I re-visualized them to demonstrate the following:
- software can reveal more than the human eye can see
- since the software can visualize on-screen, it can also measure on-screen
- whatever is measured, depends on the image, the scale of what it shows and the resolution of the imaging technology.
All in all, this represents the beginning for investigating different cell types as one of the possible applications I would like to get funded. I am learning to ‘modularize’ my generic methods such that they may fit a funder’s glove in the end!
